This session is for you if you need to release pent up stress, anger, tension and reset your nervous system from all the difficult things life has thrown at you.
Breathwork Sessions
The goal is simple, I aim to bring people back to their bodies
natural state of being 
and out of their stressful minds.
"Breathwork" is used to focus on regulating the breath by engaging the nervous system; it is the most important thing for a living being to do, yet it is often forgotten as just something the body does on its own. Sessions are focused just on breathing techniques that release tension, stress, anxiety and release old emotions stuck in the body via the nervous system. Closing the sessions, I use a calming breath technique and connect you deeply to your body, creating space within the boundaries of the body, clearing out old energy and bringing in new, releasing mental or physical trauma. These practices are a powerful modality that allow you to dive deep into your body on a cellular level, pushing past limitations, our ego and conditioning to reach the recesses of your mind body and soul to release what you’ve been holding on to.

Easier said than done, and it's all in the name, breath "work".
Breathing is the only thing that the body does automatically and by our control; expect to work a little in these sessions and the effort you put in can provide profound results.
Breathwork supports so many of the challenges everyone experiences. It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. Breathwork also helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.

This session is for you if you need to rebalance and detox your life from
stress, burn out and daily anxiety.


The detox package creates accountability and support beyond the nervous system adjustment. The Detox package is an impactful way to create nw habits with the goals you have, make the adjustments you need and clear out the tension, anxiety and stress you have in your body in just 30 days, guaranteed!

Breathwork sessions, which can include a variety of modalities from Wim Hof to basic box breathing, should be followed by good nutritional practices (Biology 101), habit coaching in order to get into the right headspace and out of old conditioning (Mind Coach), movement to free your body of stagnation, trauma and ruminating pain (Ecstatic Movement), and an array of mindfulness practices to rest and digest from all the rewiring we do in our sessions (meditation).
This is a uniquely customized to you session that will focus on studying the 7 body systems, understanding breathwork on a cellular level, the neuroscience for creating healthier habits, nutrition, yogic & aryuvedic practices.
